We are perfect for young children’s parties or parties where young children are present.

Parties are held in our large Playgroup Space which can accommodate up to 50 comfortably. Parties are held on SUNDAYS ONLY.

When you book with us, you are supporting our year-round programming which includes our Playgroups & Playschools serving approx 100 families each week. It’s a win/win. We love to have new folks introduced to our space & see who we are and what we do!

Having your party @ By My Side allows you to design the kind of event you’d like. Our vast toy selection means you don’t necessarily need to provide additional entertainment/activities to keep the children occupied but, of course, you’re welcome to do that (& we know some cool folks- just ask!).

We have an assortment of animals to meet; Sage & Sandi, our resident rabbits, and Declan & Sally, our feathered friends

Our playspace allows you to have the feel of an “at home” party without it actually being in your house.

We will work with you to make your event what you need.

Once you book your date & time, we will discuss details to assess your needs. 

You supply: Food, beverages, paper products, decorations, entertainment/activities (if desired). You are responsible for setup & cleanup and, of course, your guests.

We supply: Use of the space including our play area, access to kitchen (refrigerator/stove/oven), use of coffee pots, coolers, trash bags. A party hostess will help make sure you have what you need & will assist at cleanup. 

Party rental rates:

·       $175 donation provides you a 2 hour party plus an hour for setup & whatever time you need for cleanup.

o   Additional party time is $75 per hour

·       A non-refundable $50 deposit will hold your space!

·       Planning an outdoor event & nervous about weather?
A $75 (non-refundable) will guarantee that you have a backup space should Mother Nature rain on your day.  

*** Restriction on Helium balloons:

 We have ceiling fans in our space so we ask that no helium balloons be brought in. We learned the hard way that the two don’t mix!! Regular air balloons are welcome!
